Yes. When completing your order you can have the Gift Voucher delivered to the gift recipient either by post, by email or SMS text message notification. You must provide the relevant contact details. For Postal delivery to a gift recipient please provide their address in the Ship to different address on the Checkout page. For Email/ SMS delivery to have the voucher sent to the gift recipient please fillin either their email address or their mobile phone number or both in the relevant input box. If you do not provide recipient contact details the voucher will be either posted or emailed to you the purchaser.
Yes. You can include a personal message when completing your purchase.
Please allow 2 working days for Gift Vouchers to arrive by standard post. Gift Vouchers sent as eVouchers either by Email or SMS will normally be delivered within minutes of completing the order.
When you choose a gift date when purchasing a voucher we are able to guarantee delivery on that chosen date when you choose the delivery option Email/SMS, However for postal deliveries we cannot guarantee the delivery date as we will be using the postal service for delivery and the this is out of our control. We will post the vouchers for postal delivery 2 days before the chosen delivery date.
Unfortunately it’s not possible to have postal deliveries arrive on Christmas Day. Purchases with the gift date chosen for Christmas day will be posted on the last An Post guaranteed before Christmas delivery date which is 19-12-18 for this year. Postal orders on Vouchershop.ie for Christmas delivery must be made before close of business on the 18-12-18.
Send a gift voucher by text is great. What a surprise to receive a text that give you a gift voucher. When purchasing you simply fill in the mobile number of the person you want to sent the voucher to into the box for Recipient Phone Number. They will receive a gift notification message to say that they have received a voucher from you. The message will contain a link to click to download the Gift Voucher and a 4 digit security code number that they will be prompted to input to begin the download.
If you need to return an item that has been purchased with a Gift Voucher it follows the exact same terms and conditions that the retailer has for any cash payment. Please check these with your retailer as retailers may differ on their returns policy.
Having an account with Vouchershop.ie is completely free. When making purchases of Gift Cards that require postage we charge €3 per gift postal package, this includes a handling fee and the cost of postage.
Vouchershop.ie will not accept any responsibility for cards that are lost, stolen or damaged.
Vouchershop.ie does not exchange Gift Vouchers for cash. It is at the complete discretion of the Retailer or Service Provider if they will exchange their gift vouchers for cash and they are under no obligation to do so.
The value of each Gift Voucher when issued will be printed with the Voucher and you can check the value through the relevant Retailer or Service Provider.
There is a balance recorded on each voucher so if you don’t fully use your voucher value the first time your remaining balance will be available for you to use again in the future.
